Despite gaining weight while dealing with post-deployment life and my child’s illness, Andy’s training helped me improve my ACFT score significantly. I went from scoring in the mid-400s to 537 points. Andy is both professional and kind, which is a great combination in a trainer. Although I’m close to retiring from the Army, I plan to continue working out with Andy to stay fit and healthy.
